All our embroidery is done in house at our head office and factory in Greenlaw, Scottish Borders. We currently have 107 embroidery heads that are running 24/7, meaning we can handle orders of thousands of garments with unbeatable lead times.
All printing is also done in house, with 4 methods of printing decoration available - Vinyl Print, Screen Print, DTF and Sublimation. We have recently invested in a new Polytech DTF printer – a great piece of kit which will allow us to increase our print output substantially and give us the ability to print very small text and logos in finer detail.
We have 1000’s of garments available to your business from industry leading brands including Portwest, Helly Hansen, DeWalt and more. Whatever your industry – hospitality, corporate, construction etc - we’ll be sure to have it covered in our extensive range of workwear. We have the capacity to embroider and print over 30,000 garments weekly, thanks to our high number of embroidery heads and multiple printing stations. This means we can cater to any size of business, from a one-man band to companies with 10,000+ employees. There is no job too big or too small for BE Uniforms.
We ship over 50,000 items per month to our customers, whether that be through our courier DPD or via FREE Click & Collect from one of our stores.
On average, orders are delivered within 10 working days of going into production. This is right from the moment you’ve approved your logo, confirmed your order and made payment. Your order is then processed – we order the garments, apply your decoration method, have it packaged up then shipped straight to you or to one of our stores for collection. We can accommodate rush jobs if they’re required for a specific date – just ask one of our sales assistants when placing your order by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Across the business, we have 170 dedicated members of staff working at our head office and factory or in our retail stores. From embroidery machinists to our office staff, our workforce is committed to providing you with the best possible service.
Our customer care team at head office are on hand to help with any queries, whether it be helping you to select which decoration method is best for your workwear or providing excellent product knowledge on our range of garments. We’re available via email or telephone, Monday-Friday to assist with anything you might need.

We offer a FREE Click and Collect service for all online orders. When placing your order online, just select one of our 10 stores as your shipping method. Once processed, your order will be moved to your local store free of charge for you to collect when it’s best for you – we’ll let you know when it’s there via email. Want it shipped to your home or business address? We can also ship on a next day delivery service with DPD, FREE on orders over £65.
We’ve introduced a new loyalty card scheme in our stores to help you save on your purchases. If you’re shopping in store, every time you spend £10 or more you’ll receive a stamp. On your 5th transaction with us, we’ll give you 20% off your total that day! This is valid on all workwear, teamwear and Schoolwear purchases.
We’re working on a greener future at BE, and are committed to doing everything we can to reduce the impact we as a business have on the environment. We’re currently in the process of adding solar panels to our factory roof and have a reuse and recycle policy on packaging materials – we reuse most packaging materials we receive from our suppliers. We also prefer to work with eco-friendly and sustainable suppliers wherever possible, from those who are a 100% carbon neutral business and working within fair trade practices.
